Littleford Day Atmospheric and Vacuum Dryers use mechanically fluidized bed mixing action augmented by high-shear choppers that control particle size. These Dryers break-up agglomerates, lumps, and fiber bundles and homogeneously mix dissimilar ingredients.

The Littleford Vacuum Dryers are ideally suited for drying heat sensitive products. The Dryers with their superior heat transfer capabilities can dry heat sensitive products at a very low temperature.

The Littleford Dryers have the capability of taking product from the liquid or slurry state to a free flowing powder.

The Littleford Dryer is manufactured in accordance with GMP and can be specified to meet all the sanitary requirements by the FDA, 3A, USDA and of the Pharmaceutical or Food industries, including the ease of cleaning.
